RETURN, EXCHANGE & ALTERATION POLICY

At SANYA MANGAL, each piece is thoughtfully made to order with precision and care. Every garment is crafted specially for you, which means we do not carry excess inventory or produce in bulk. We hope you love your purchase, but in the rare event that you need assistance, here's our policy:

No Returns & Refunds

All SANYA MANGAL pieces are made to order. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchase.

Only products that have a manufacturing defect or are significantly different from what was ordered will be eligible for an exchange or alteration, subject to evaluation by our team.

Alterations

We understand that minor fit adjustments may sometimes be required. If your garment requires alterations, we will be happy to assist wherever possible. Alteration requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

If there has been an error from our end in the making of your order, we will offer a one-time exchange for another SANYA MANGAL product of equivalent value or provide the necessary corrections, depending on the nature of the issue.

Please note that exchanges are offered only in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrectly made.

How to Request an Exchange or Alteration

If your item is eligible for an exchange or alteration, please contact us at sanyamangalofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns will need to be sent to the following address: C-116, Sector-39, Noida, 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India

Conditions for Exchanges & Alterations

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
  • Products that are damaged, soiled, or altered by the customer may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for exchange or alteration.

Bulk Orders

Orders containing more than five products will be considered bulk orders. Such orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or alterations unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect product. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
